Track N Field routine

Ok, so today wasn't a hard day. Ran outside for roughly half an hour. Got my blood flowing and legs active for my weight room session. Got in the weight room and mainly worked on my back. Did jump squats, box squats, bent over rows and to even everything out, a few sets of bench press. Figured that since it was Friday why not lift heavy and recover over the weekend. Just two more weeks until we compete out doors and I get my shot to qualify for nationals.
